I’m on a hunt for the perfect chair. Mom needs to replace the faded old thing she sits in quite a bit now that she’s retired. She likes wingbacks, solid colors, a washable slipcover in a sturdy fabric would be great in this high-use situation. Price should be $500 or less. This one has the perfect shape, a great neutral, and a bargain at $299. But it’s upholstered in burlap, and mom says that wont hold up to her wear and tear.
And my favorite is this bright, funky, patchwork inspired one at TJ Maxx. It’s SO not what my mom needs… But it’s fun, yes?!
